About my Pole Conditioning

Pole Conditioning Program is a workout program for intermediate level pole students. If your goal is to become stronger on the pole to be able to achieve new tricks, then this is the right program for you. Access to a pole is required.

Choose between one time payment and monthly subscription. In both deals you will get 8 different follow-along workouts. In the monthly subscription, you will get 4 additional workout videos.

Recommended Schedule

This is a recommended schedule, which gives you 2 or 3 days of rest in between the workouts. If you want to make your training routine more intense, you can do more workouts in one week and even repeat them. Feel free to create your own schedule that works best for you, but don’t forget to take some rest days and allow your body to recharge.

You have two options to choose from. The first option is a one time payment, that will give you access to 8 follow-along classes, which you should complete in 30 days. Each of these classes is 30 minutes long and includes a warm up.

The second option is a monthly subscription, in which you will get 4 extra workout videos. In additional workouts we will work on gaining specific strength required for the most important pole tricks such as inverts (strong aerial and spinning inverts), climbing (different variations), shoulder mount & handspring preparation exercises, we will work on stabile handstands and so much more. You will also get some classes that will be more cardio based (using only pole exercises to make you sweat) and some flexibility-oriented classes.

Each pole conditioning class is 30 minutes long and includes a good warm-up. If you need extra rest between the exercises, you can always stop the video to catch your breath. Or if you feel like doing more, you can stop the video and do a few additional repetitions of a specific exercise.

To be able to follow this program, you will need access to a pole. You can always work out at your own timetable and you can even do some workouts more than once

My iguana deadlift is back!!!! 🙌 I remember the first class of conditioning when I was not able anymore to do that.
