About Tjaša's Pole Academy - Conditioning

Tjaša’s Pole Academy – Conditioning is a 3 weeks program for intermediate to advanced level pole students. We will work on specific strength and flexibility required for pole. You will get better at climbing, inverts, shoulder mounts, handsprings and you will get more confident in different pole grips and positions

In this program you will get 2 live trainings per week – all together 6 classes. The program starts on June 14th and ends on June 30th. To participate in this program you must have access to pole.

Instructions

This program is suitable for everyone who wants to improve their skills on the pole. You should be able to climb and invert, but shoulder mounts and handsprings are not required. The program will be available from a lower intermediate level to advanced – I will always show easier and harder variations.

As we all know, in order to make pole tricks and combos look easy, you need to be in a great form. And that is what we will work on in this program. You will make your climbing better and more effortless both on spinning and on static pole. Get better and stronger in your inverts, learn how to start working on a shoulder mount or how to hold it longer and easier. Prepare for handsprings or work on getting your ironX. If you want to have better fundamentals, then this is the perfect program for you.

When you purchase the program, you should go follow @tjasaspoleacademy on Instagram. I will accept you in the closed group when I see your IG username in the email, so it is very important that you write the right username and that you follow me from the written profile and not any other account. 

In the closed Instagram group I will post we will have a live training session every Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 CEST. If you cannot join the workout at that time, I will post the live videos as IGTVs and they will be available on the profile until one week after the end of the program. – until July 7th.

Each live training will be 45 minutes long and we will start with a good warm up with some stretching exercises and then we will continue on the pole. If you will have any questions, you can ask them in a live chat and I will answer you right away. If you are doing the training later, you can send me a direct message with your questions.
